Shop for the Paws is the 12th Annual fundraiser for The Friends at Stark Pound! During August 1-29, 2026, customers can receive 15% off the main material of their next home project and support the paws by:
- making a $25 donation
- donating a 25 lb. bag of Pedigree Adult Formula Dog Food
Shoppers can also purchase raffle tickets for a chance to win amazing prizes, with all proceeds helping provide food, care, and support for local shelter dogs.

Friends of Stark Pound (FOSP) operates in cooperation with Stark County Dog Warden’s staff to significantly enhance the quality of life for the homeless puppies and dogs and to increase their opportunities for placement through adoptions or rescue groups.
FOSP provides funding for spay/neuter procedures and basic veterinary care, while educating the public on the importance of adoption and responsible pet ownership.
