Bookkeeper and Office Manager
Bob and Pete's Floors has a full-time bookkeeper position available. The individual must be detail oriented, a self starter and have the ability to multi-task. This individual must be computer literate and have a working knowledge of Windows, Excel, Word and other related programs. Bookkeeping experience is required.
Job Assignments Include:
• Manage accounts payable postings and payments
• Prepare proposals, account receivable billings, bank deposits,
reconciling accounts and other miscellaneous bookkeeping
responsibilities
• Cost verify all material and service expenses to purchase orders
• Handle pricing downloads and product catalog updates
• Manage the pricing and marketing of products on showroom floor
• Strong customer service skills a must:
- A pleasant and professional phone manner is expected to follow
up with employees, customers and vendors
- Customer interaction is required in service and sales support
• Support other staff members with their daily responsibilities
Hours: Full-time
Pay: Based on experience (Range- $10.00 to $12.00 per hour)
